Welcome to the now

Jang-Ho & Frank will guide you through the 7-day yoga retreat in the Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel with yoga & music.

The classes are for everybody. From absolute beginner till experienced yoga teacher - no matter what, you are welcome! The Now Yoga team has „no style“. Their yoga is a blend of everything (vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, QiGong, Zen).

In these 7 days you will find a bridge from the yoga mat to the daily life. Just like the mantra „Lokal Samasta Sukino Bavantuh („may all beings are free and happy“) the whole week is about letting go the heavy conditionings and finding the lightness of being inside of our mind and soul.

The level for this retreat is for everybody. For beginners till experienced teachers.

“A SMILE TO ANOTHER IS ALSO A GIFT TO MYSELF”

In 1999 I found my guru inside of me when I was 29 years old. I realized that a smile to another is also a gift to myself. With several teachers I was initiated into Kriya yoga where I learned a lot about pranayama (breath techniques). From 1999 till 2010 I practiced my own yoga. Through my practice my awareness for everything grew day by day and I realized that everything what is needed find happiness is already here. I read a lot about yoga, zen and buddhism at that time and so I was deeply inspired by several philosophy.

In 2010 I did a teacher training with the focus of anatomy, adjustment, wording and alignment (Anusara inspired) with great teachers. In the following years I did more teacher trainings i.e. personal yoga. I love to teach yoga and I am grateful for everyday that I can learn and teach.
