So far, our breakfast has won over everyone who claims not to have an appetite in the morning. You won't be able to say no to our varied and fresh culinary start to the vacation day - which, by the way, is already included in the room rate.You’ll love it - even if you eat a vegan or vegetarian diet. With us, everyone can indulge according to their individual tastes: We press the fresh juice from Mallorcan oranges- or we make you a nice juice from other fruits & berries that the season and region just have to offer. We prepare egg dishes, crêpes and pancakes fresh and individually for you. Of course, delicious Shakshuka, hummus, kimchi and labneh are offered as well.

Each morning our local baker brings our variety of bread fresh to the buffet. There are also croissants, sweet pastries and Mallorcan almond cake. Various jams and local honey. And you must try our Bikinella, which is Bikini-made from scratch with zero palm oil and tons of freshly roasted hazelnuts. There are also muesli, figs, dates and other dried fruits, nuts, seeds and grains. In addition, our kitchen team regularly comes up with surprises for you, churros for example. There are fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and a rich selection of cheeses and cold cuts with many Mallorcan and Spanish specialties such as Manchego and air-dried Jamon Serrano.
Even with hot beverages, you can count on Bikini's attention to detail. A delightful selection of loose teas is ready for you, and your coffee is freshly made with a traditional barista machine and lots of love. For lattes and cappuccinos, we have cow's milk, classic and lactose-free, plus oat, almond and soy milk! And the best part is, as always at Bikini, you are free to take your time enjoying: Bikini breakfast is available until 11 am.
