WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
- At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with standard operating procedures
- Customer service–oriented with a special focus on guest satisfaction
- Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments
- Knowledge of reception software systems (Opera, excel etc.)
- Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain highly customer-focused
- Excellent command of English and Spanish
- This position requires shift work and flexibility
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Support the Front office Manager in overseeing all reception operations
- Champion a guest-focused culture, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and the hotel’s service standards.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to support guests and team members during busy periods.
- Ensure VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest preferences are accurately organized bu the guest experience.
- Check-in/check-out processes, payment handling, and reservation accuracy.
- Assist in staff management, including training, room allocation and ensure availability.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Collaborate with all the departments in order to guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock management.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service, ensuring all staff follow brand and quality guidelines.
- Promote teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
- Act as the Front office Manager’s deputy in their absence, taking full responsibility for operations.

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
- At least 2 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary
- Customer service–oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments
- Knowledge of F&B software systems (e.g., Micros, simphony).
- Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain highly customer-focused
- Excellent command of English

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Support the Cluster F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations across outlets, bars, restaurants, events
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service, quality control and guest satisfaction
- Assist in staff management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of the F&B team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to design menus, special promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards and customer loyalty
- Ensure inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock management of food, beverages, and supplies
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service, ensuring all staff follow brand and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Events and Front Office, to ensure smooth operation of banquets and functions
- Promote upselling and revenue growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and staff incentive programs
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend improvements in service, menu design, or technology
- Act as the F&B Manager’s deputy in their absence, taking full responsibility for operations

Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

LO QUE TRAES EN TU MALETA
- Formación: FP en Electricidad/Climatización, Mantenimiento de Instalaciones o similar.
- Experiencia: 2–3 años (mín.) en mantenimiento hotelero o edificios complejos (4*/5* valorable).
- Conocimientos sólidos en
- Electricidad BT, cuadros y protecciones
- Climatización (VRF/VRV), calderas, ACS y solar térmica
- Fontanería y saneamiento
- Piscinas (bombas, dosificación, balance del agua)
- Frío industrial y equipos de cocina profesional
- Sistemas contra incendios y normativa básica
- BMS/GTC y GMAO (software de mantenimiento)
- Lectura de planos y manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Higiene y PRL: hábitos seguros, bloqueo-etiquetado (LOTO) y orden en el lugar de trabajo.
- Idiomas: español; se valora inglés/alemán a nivel operativo.
- Carnés/Certificados valorables: RITE, Gases Fluorados, formación Legionella, PEMP.
- Actitud: resolutivo/a, organizado/a, orientado/a al servicio y al detalle. Disponibilidad para guardias.
¿DE QUÉ VA TU TRABAJO?
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de habitaciones, zonas comunes y back of house.
- Clima y energía: verificación de temperaturas, ajustes de VRF/VRV, calderas y ACS; revisión de consumos.
- Instalaciones técnicas: electricidad BT, cuadros, iluminación, grupos de presión, bombas, extractores.
- Piscinas & wellness: control de parámetros, filtración, dosificación y registros.
- Cocinas: soporte a F&B en frío/calor y pequeños aparatos; coordinación con SAT.
- Cumplimiento legal: registros de mantenimiento (PCI, legionella, ascensores con conservador homologado, etc.).
- GMAO: gestión de OT, checklists, repuestos y trazabilidad de intervenciones con estándares de calidad.
- Atención interna: respuesta a averías urgentes, turnos de guardia, soporte a eventos y montajes.
- Proveedor@s: coordinación, seguimiento de trabajos y verificación de seguridad en las intervenciones.
- Colaboración estrecha con Recepción, Housekeeping y F&B para minimizar tiempos fuera de servicio.
- Mejora continua: propuesta de soluciones, estandarización de rutinas y reducción de incidencias repetitivas

- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Perform daily bookkeeping: journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account postings

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile daily revenue reports and investigate discrepancies

- Storeroom Management

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations (APPCC).
- Administrative Management
