Project manager controlling hotel operations (remote)

Das solltest du bereits mitbringen:

  • Idealerweise ist deine Homebase in Hamburg oder nur eine Zugfahrt entfernt
  • Freude am Reisen & die Bereitschaft dazu
  • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie mit Schwerpunkt in Operations und/oder Finance
  • Bestenfalls Grundkenntnisse in USALI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen & generelle IT-Affinität
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis
  • Prozessorientiertes Denken sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten im Team können umfassen (sind aber nicht darauf limitiert):

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung in diversen administrativen & kreativen Angelegenheiten
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und den Hotels, Schwerpunkt Controlling
    - Selbstständige Entwicklung & Implementierung brandübergreifender kaufmännischer Strukturen, Prozesse & Systeme
    - Unterstützung & Kontrolle der reibungslosen Abläufe von (operativen) Controlling-Prozessen in den Hotels durch regelmäßige Kommunikation & Reportings
  • Übernahme außergewöhnlicher Projekte & Unterstützung bei Daily Tasks mit dem Schwerpunkt in angewandter IT, um den wunschgemäßen Hotelablauf zu garantieren und/oder zu optimieren
  • Gemeinschaftliche Weiterentwicklung der Bikini Brand und unserer Bestandshäuser
    - Experience Checks in den Hotels mit anschließender lösungsorientierter Evaluation & Optimierung von Hotelprozessen
    - Schriftliche Dokumentation von Bikini Guidelines
    - Unterstützung in der individuellen Umsetzung der Bikini Guidelines in den jeweiligen Hotels
  • Projektbegleitung von der Hotelentwicklung bis zur -eröffnung
    - Kommunikation, Abstimmung und Koordination von Projektinhalten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Team und Partnerunternehmen
    - Gemeinsame Festlegung und schriftliche Dokumentation von baulichen & technischen Minimalanforderungen zukünftiger Bikini Projekte

Reservation clerk

Everybody thinks the first impression is created upon arrival – actually it is created by you! You are the first one our guest gets in touch with. And even if you are not directly in contact through e-mail or telephone: your effort ensures a full house, a smooth stay and an easy departure, as you are taking care that everything is well prepared due to digital communication channels and cloud-based data rooms . You make our BIKINI the most vibrant spot in Port de Sóller by selling the right rooms to the right people at the right time – and at the right price ;-).


  • Responding to the daily reservation requests & related guest correspondence on time
  • Enter the reservations in the HMS including all mandatory and additional guest information
  • Maintaining our guest- and reservations data base
  • Selling BIKINI Experiences of all kind prior to arrival and coordinating them in house or with our external partners
  • Coordinating groups together with the Reservations Manager from the first contact to the farewell
  • Checking daily if all online bookings are transferred into HMS correctly
  • Handling tour operator requests and controlling the billing. Send stop sales on time in coordination with the Reservations Manager
  • Checking our availability and prices on all OTAs as well as on our own booking engine
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless communication within the Reservations department

  • Organizing and supervising the daily operations of the Pikkini- and Donkey Bar incl. special events: plan the schedule with the NENI Manager, check the mise-en-place, controll the cleanliness, plan stations and tasks and communicate them in the daily briefing

  • Being responsible to select, develop and guide the Service Team incl. disciplinary actions, collaborating with the NENI Manager & in line with the F&B Budget

  • Knowing the bar menues by heart and assuring, that all team members do so as well

  • Training the Team continously in service skills and product knowledge. Increase their awareness of revenues and costs in your outlets

  • Developing, implementing and controlling bar related guidelines and check-lists

  • Being informed about happenings in house and in town and communicate all news to your team. Share all relevant feedback and information with the Management Team

  • Letting our guests truly experience our food & drinks at both bars. Create surprises. Update relevant information in the guests profile

  • Reviewing the guest feedback regularly with the Management. Come up with ideas for improvement

  • Taking care, that all checks are settled correctly and that the closure of the both bars is accurate

  • Ensuring, that orders are placed with the F&B Controller on time. Let´s never run out of stock

  • Working on the menu engineering together with the F&B Controller

  • Conducting monthly inventories. Report findings & irregularities to the Management. Develop solutions

  • Exchanging sales-, marketing- and event ideas to increase revenue and the awareness level of our Donkey Bar. Create social media content

  • Preparing and controlling the Budgets for both bars

  • Ensuring an efficient use of goods & work equipment
