- Manage the hotel strategically without losing our culture, values & vision out of sight
- Know your KPIs & take actions accordingly - from budgeting to costs & revenue to cashflow
- Lead up to 100 employees and create, shape and strengthen team-spirit & teamwork
- Be present for your team, demonstrating genuine interest and fostering a supportive environment
- Be a warm & welcoming host: treat every guest with respect & care and ensure they feel at home
- Create, control & optimize SOP`s to ensure smooth, daily operations and maintain qualities

- Represent Bikini Hotels on Mallorca, nurturing strong, new & existing partnerships to grow our brand
- Steady communication, fruitful collaboration & reliable reporting to the Head Office

- ... completed training or studies with a focus on financial accounting, ideally in a hotel or restaurant business
- ... first experiences with the Spanish and Balearic tax laws
- ... accuracy, service orientation and team spirit in order to optimally support your colleagues in the jungle of numbers
- ... inspire colleagues and have good self-management, independent and organized way of working
- … a proactive communicator, doer & organizer
- ... fluently speaking Spanish. A second language (English, German) is a plus– the more languages the better
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
For both hotels:
- Overseeing daily financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining strict cash control processes
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure all financial data aligns correctly
- Reporting invoices to the tax authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitoring and controlling online orders, ensuring invoices are correctly, collected and processed
- Managing accounts payable, incoming invoices, and daily accounting tasks
- Preparing monthly financial statements, analyzing performance, and providing evaluations
- Supporting the development and optimization of new accounting processes and accounts receivable workflows
- Ensuring financial accuracy by identifying and addressing even the smallest discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve overall efficiency
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Spa Therapist (m/f/d)
The only thing which can make a stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sòller even more relaxing, is a treatment in our unique Santaverde SPA. Special Treatments in a special atmosphere require special people - and that´s you?
Since more than 30 years, Santaverde is one of the pioneers when it comes to natural cosmetics. The products are unique, gained from organic raw materials and delight our guests. That´s your chance to work with this particular, contemporary product, extend your knowledge and become part of our team.
P.S. The treatment rooms - and thus your working place - have perfect bay view ;-)
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Offer Santaverde Treatments, body and facial
- Provide any Classic massages
- Advise our guests individually
- Organize the SPA schedule together with your colleagues, ensuring a maximum capacity utilization
- Actively approach our guests in a descent and authentic way
- Create and implement SPA promotions
- Provide Recommendations and be up-selling
- Purchase and order the necessary work equipment
- Control your SPA-related revenues and costs
- Communicate with all other departments in the hotel and be informed about the daily hotel business
- Ensure an inviting, welcoming and clean atmosphere in the SPA Area
What´s in your lagguage? You are/ You have…
- … a professional training as a cosmetician
- … know-how regarding facial and body treatments as well as massage methods
- … working experience as a cosmetician, ideally experience in a hotel SPA
- … ideally competencies in doing Lomi Lomi and Reflexology Treatments
- … English fluent, Spanish appreciated, the more languages the better
- … friendly and natural appearance
- … interested in learning new methods and treatments
- … able to organize yourself and enjoy working in a team
- … good sales skills
