Throughout our 9-months season, you will be supporting the Front Office Team by creating countless, yet for each guest individual first and last impressions. Rooms Operations Mangager (m/f/d) | Port de Sóller

As Operations Manager Rooms your days will be everything but ordinary: celebrating responsibility, forcing communication & mastering organization. During your Manager on Duty shifts, you represent our General Manager & perform solution orientated, ensuring full guest satisfaction. On top, you and your Front Office team will be creating countless, yet for each guest individual first and last impressions. From a truly warm welcome, with plentiful hand-picked WOW-moments until a sincere goodbye, which invites for many returns. You are a genuine host & passionate leader, willing and able to show our guests & team why #LIFEISBETTERINBIKINI. With transparent, efficient and rapid communication, you guarantee flawless daily operations, while always watching out for improvements.

WHAT´S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Represent the General Manager in his absence towards the guest (Manager on Duty)
- Strategic & operational management of the Bikini Rooms departments
- In charge of smooth daily operation, able to identify issues while improving our high-quality standards
- Develop and implement BIKINI guest promises & create and sell new guest experiences
- Be the interface between all hotel departments & guarantee a seamless information flow
- Be a host: be present for our guests and exceed their expectations
- Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate
- Be a manager: solve challenges, know your numbers & be our reservations manager´s sparring partner
- Sparrings partner to our GM & collaborating with BIKINI HQ
- Be up to date with current topics, be innovative & creative to expand the company

Spa Therapist (m/f/d) | Port de Sóller
The only thing which can make a stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sòller even more relaxing, is a treatment in our unique Santaverde SPA. Special Treatments in a special atmosphere require special people - and that´s you?
Since more than 30 years, Santaverde is one of the pioneers when it comes to natural cosmetics. The products are unique, gained from organic raw materials and delight our guests. That´s your chance to work with this particular, contemporary product, extend your knowledge and become part of our team.
P.S. The treatment rooms - and thus your working place - have perfect bay view ;-)
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Offer Santaverde Treatments, body and facial
- Provide any Classic massages
- Advise our guests individually
- Organize the SPA schedule together with your colleagues, ensuring a maximum capacity utilization
- Actively approach our guests in a descent and authentic way
- Create and implement SPA promotions
- Provide Recommendations and be up-selling
- Purchase and order the necessary work equipment
- Control your SPA-related revenues and costs
- Communicate with all other departments in the hotel and be informed about the daily hotel business
- Ensure an inviting, welcoming and clean atmosphere in the SPA Area
What´s in your lagguage? You are/ You have…
- … a professional training as a cosmetician
- … know-how regarding facial and body treatments as well as massage methods
- … working experience as a cosmetician, ideally experience in a hotel SPA
- … ideally competencies in doing Lomi Lomi and Reflexology Treatments
- … English fluent, Spanish appreciated, the more languages the better
- … friendly and natural appearance
- … interested in learning new methods and treatments
- … able to organize yourself and enjoy working in a team
- … good sales skills
