Culinary Concept

NENI, the casual à la carte restaurant is the passion project of the Molcho family with Restaurants in Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich & Cologne. Haya Molcho, the author of five cookbooks, is the mother of Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan who together are the founding members of this Family brand.

The cuisine of the Molcho family is an eclectic mix of recipes and flavours from around the world, shaped by the culinary influences of the Eastern Mediterranean and the family’s personal background. They call it “Balagan style,” which we simply translate as “lovable chaos,” as it perfectly describes this modern cuisine.
