Gym

Our gym isn't just called like that, it actually is one! If it happens to rain one day, or during the cooler months of the year, or if - as is most likely - it's very sunny outside, you won't be left out in the cold (respectively in the heat) fitness-wise at the Bikini Hotel Es Trenc. In our fully airconditioned indoor gym, you can train selectively with machines, and we have plenty of fun exercise gear for you. Your muscles, fascia, ligaments, joints and cardio system will be very happy. We have treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, a kinesis wall, variosteppers, weights, a weight bench and much more. We are also well equipped for yoga, Pilates and gymnastics: Mats, blocks, belts, bolsters, cushions and blankets are at your disposal.
