Join us for two exclusive dinner evenings at NENI Es Trenc, where renowned TV chef and NENI founder Haya Molcho will personally guide the evening and bring the spirit of Balagan to life.

Your culinary adventure begins at 6:00 PM on the terrace of our Gin Sul Bar, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean. You’ll be welcomed with a signature Gin Sul cocktail, and Haya will personally greet you and set the tone for the evening.

At 7:00 PM, we move to the restaurant terrace (or indoors in case of bad weather) for a curated Balagan dinner experience. Expect an explosion of flavors and a vibrant, creative journey through the very best NENI has to offer.

Haya will share the philosophy of “Balagan” – which can loosely be translated as “delightful chaos.” Dishes are placed in the center of the table to be shared, reflecting the NENI kitchen’s intense flavors, creativity, and sheer joie de vivre. Inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences, it offers a dynamic and colorful culinary experience.

Throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to connect personally with Haya, enjoying a warm, lively, and interactive atmosphere that goes far beyond a traditional dinner.

The culinary journey concludes with refined desserts and a final cocktail, allowing you to savor the last moments of an unforgettable evening in complete relaxation.
