Who let the donkey out?

The concept for our Donkey Bar was developed by Joerg Meyer, the inventor of the legendary Gin Basil Smash. So good drinks and cocktails are already a given! Our light and airy bar with its own terrace and view of the harbour and Tramuntana mountains is the ideal day-time location for brain storming, making plans or getting in the mood. And in the evening it’s great for getting together to review the day or to start the night off. Or how about a cocktail course with our mixologists, excellent DJ music or whisky tasting by the open fire?
