The Body Flow

Our retreat will give you the perfect opportunity to take some time out and care for your mind, body and soul while enjoying the stunning views at Bikini Resort & Mountain Hotels in Port de Sóller. We will be offering yoga, Pilates, and barre practices but there will also be plenty of moments to relax and enjoy some "me" time whilst connecting with new friends made with fellow retreaters. You decide what‘s best for you.

During the retreat Nadine will be offering 2 Yoga classes per day. In the morning a flow & stretch class to wake the soul and re-energise for your day ahead. In the evening a calming Yin Yoga practice will round off your day. Complementing Nadine‘s morning flow class, Whitney will also be offering a barre class to raise the pulse and get those endorphins flowing or a Pilates class to stretch and strengthen. You can decide which workout is best suited for you in the morning or do both of them.

After these 4 intensive Yoga days you will be completely restored and be able to start your spring/summer with more ease. We are looking forward to having you and meeting you on the mat on the wonderful Bikini terrace.

THE YOGA PRACTICE

Nadine will start the day with a morning meditation, followed by a powerful Vinyasa Yoga class that is suitable for all levels. Everyday we will set the focus of the yoga practice differently whether it may be core Yoga, detox Yoga or focusing on hip openers. We will end the day with a calming Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practice.

THE PILATES AND BARRE PRACTICE

During barre classes you can expect a rigorous fusion of Pilates, yoga, and dance conditioning exercises geared towards global strength, mobility, and stability. These classes are slightly up-tempo and include a great playlist to keep us motivated. Our Pilates classes have a greater emphasis on core stability and challenge, mobility of the spine, lengthening the muscles through strengthening and stretching at the same time, and connecting to our breath. Expect a focused flow and to notice muscles you forgot were there!

The Trainers

Nadine Bader

RYT 200, RYT 300, E-RYT 500 (Quantum Yoga London & Spirit Yoga Berlin) certified, Nadine has been practicing yoga for 15 years and excited to share her passion of Yoga. She is teaching regularly in Berlin in the most popular Yoga places like Spirit Yoga and Becycle since 2014. She loves to travel and to take Yogis to special places like the Bikini Hotel. Her preferred style is Vinyasa Flow with powerful elements, but also the counter part to the strong yang classes: Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra to balance it all out. So be ready to experience a full body and mind treatment during our retreat.

Whitney Cover

Whitney has been teaching Pilates and somatic practices for more than 16 years and is a professional dancer, performer, and educator based in Berlin. Her goal is to help you return to your body and spirit, while rebalancing the musculoskeletal system through focused, refined movement. She loves being in nature and adores combining her love of movement and a beautiful location, like the one we have at Bikini! Whitney enjoys sharing her years of expertise researching and exploring the body and all of its capabilities and helping people find their way back to moving with ease and grace.
