The Spring Awakening Retreat is all about awakening. Back to our roots - a new beginning with ourselves. Going new ways and deciding: who would I like to be? What makes me happy? What do I want to let go? Love, acceptance and appreciation - for ourselves. Have a look inwards, reflect, let go. Through daily yoga sessions, meditations, journaling and affirmations, we help our body and mind to detoxify, balance and re-program.
In my yoga classes I focus on strengthening and balancing the whole body. Especially the middle of our body, our core, is the main focus during practice. A strong core is the basis for all movements. And it's the center of our body. I pay attention to the correct alignment of the asanas, help with verbal adjustments and "hands on" to get deeper and more controlled in the individual positions and to use your full range of motion.
The retreat takes place in German or English.
