Our hotel is located on the island's idyllic coastline of Puerto de Soller and provides a perfect setting for rebalance, reconnection and inner exploration. Seaside Yoga sessions with breathtaking views allow inner reflection and emotional rejuvenation. Nourishing healthy vegetarian or vegan meals are carefully crafted to complement the holistic experience.

Sandra Marti

Sandra understands Yoga as a way of living and lifelong discovery. Every single practice allows her to sense a small shift within herself and her surroundings. For Sandra, Yoga is a state of deep connection and inner peace. She strongly believes that from this place of union and love we transform ourselves and the world.

Sandra deeply enjoys sharing from the heart the teachings she has received over the years. Her yogic studies include a wide range of Yoga styles and practices. She completed different trainings, especially in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Her frequent travels to Asia deepened her own practice. Sandra's classes are intended to be nourishing, strengthening, balancing and calming. She teaches a flowing and mindful Vinyasa Yoga guided by the breath.
