She will start by sharing her knowledge of sustainable material sourcing, explaining how she gathers and prepares local plants like palm, phormium, banana leaves, and lilies. She’ll then demonstrate the coiling technique, where long plant fibers are stitched together with raffia or linen to create strong, circular structures.

With Valeria’s 30 years of experience and her easy-going, humorous approach, you’ll quickly find yourself immersed in the process. As you weave your needle through the fibers, your piece will gradually take shape, and the repetitive motions will soon become second nature. If you don’t finish by the end of the workshop, don’t worry—Valeria will provide you with materials to continue your project back home.

Choose between creating a 20cm mirror or an art frame, and let your imagination run wild as you piece together glass, terracotta, shells, and marble. Ruth will be by your side, sharing her expertise and helping you bring your unique vision to life.

Learn to Sculpt Your Own Vase or Bowl

Join Lisa for a relaxing ceramics workshop. In this session, Lisa, founder of Dada-Days, will teach you the basics of pinch pot and coiling techniques, guiding you as you create your own personalized vase or bowl.

No experience is needed—just let the clay guide you as you shape, heighten, and texture your piece. Lisa encourages creativity, reminding you that imperfections add character. Once the class is over, your pieces will be cleaned, fired, and glazed, ready for pickup in Campanet or Palma in 3 weeks. If needed, shipping can be arranged for an additional price of € 30.

Make Your Own Sterling Silver or Gold Plated Ring

Join Lidia for a unique jewelry-making experience inspired by her Mallorcan heritage. Lidia, a skilled jeweler from Esporles, will teach you the art of wax casting to create your own custom-designed ring.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to size your ring and use specialized tools to carve and shape your design from wax. Lídia will guide you through the process, offering tips and support as you experiment with your ideas. Once your design is complete, Lidia will take your ring to a local foundry, where it will be cast in 925 sterling silver. You can also opt for an 18K gold plating for an additional fee of € 20.

Your finished ring will be ready in about five weeks, available for pickup or shipping. Shipping prices depend on the destination (Mallorca: € 4, Spain: € 6, Europe: € 8, Outside Europe: € 10).
