NENI Classics - a Workshop with Haya Molcho in Mallorca

A long weekend by the Mediterranean - with a very special culinary highlight. During this workshop weekend, you’ll enjoy an intensive cooking day with Haya Molcho, founder of NENI and TV chef, followed by a shared Balagan dinner in the evening. In between, there’s plenty of time to arrive, unwind, and simply enjoy.

NENI cuisine is an eclectic mix of recipes and flavors from around the world. It combines oriental-Israeli dishes and spices with Mediterranean influences, creating a truly unique culinary signature. Old traditions meet contemporary ideas - merging into a vibrant and delicious firework of flavors on your plate.

In the end, everything is served in relaxed Balagan style: made for sharing, tasting, and enjoying together with family and friends.

Spend three nights from April 23 to 26, 2026, at Bikini Hotel Es Trenc and take part in an intensive cooking workshop with Haya Molcho, as well as a shared Balagan dinner.

The focus is on NENI classics, personal insights, and a truly hands-on cooking experience - authentic, vibrant, and highly inspiring.

What to expect

- 3 nights in a Seaside Cozy High Room (single or double occupancy), including breakfast and a Balagan dinner on the workshop day, including wine & water

- Participation for one person in an approx. 5-hour cooking workshop with Haya Molcho (max. 15 participants; workshop takes place on 24.04. or on 25.04., the exact date will be assigned by the hotel in due time)

- Workshop Participation for the second person in a double room can be booked separately

The main workshop language is German; however, English translation trough Haya´s team can easily be accommodated.
