Pre stay

  • Where can I find the best rates?

    Bikini promise! Book your stay directly on our website and we guarantee the best price and further benefits:

    To ensure that we can always offer you free rooms at attractive prices, the rates and availability of our rooms are continuously updated and displayed in real time by our booking system. However, if no availability is indicated for your desired dates, please contact us by e-mail reservations.estrenc@bikini-hotels.com

    Best price

    Have you been offered the same room category for the same travel dates but for a better price? Send us an e-mail to reservations.estrenc@bikini-hotels.com. If we really failed to keep our promise, we will grant you another 5% discount on the lower rate.

    Best room

    Each of our 8 categories is extra special. Nevertheless, up on availability we happily grant comlimentary room upgrades and you, as direct booker, enjoy absolute priority. If possible and desired, you will spend your vacation in a higher room category, without any additional charges.

  • What services are included in the room rate?

    • Wide variety of breakfast options – cuisines ranging from Majorcan to Middle Eastern, and catering to different dietary requirements, such as vegan
    • Yoga sessions* held two to three times a week (seasonal & subject to availability)
    • Mountain bike and e-bike rental (subject to availability)
    • SUP rental (subject to availability)
    • Water refill stations

    * The timetable varies, please enquire when you arrive at the hotel. Registration is also only possible on site.

  • Can I book half-board?

    Half-board is so 90s... Sure we love our NENI Restaurant and you are more than welcome to enjoy it for every dinner. But there are also a lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Ask our team for recommendations and table reservations.

  • What about tourism tax?

    On Mallorca there is a tourism tax per person and day. This tax is always excluded and is payable separately on site:

    • March, April, November: € 1,10 per person and day
    • May until October: € 4,40 per person and day

  • How to get to Colònia de Sant Jordi?

    BY TAXI: Taxis are always waiting in front of the Airport, right at Exit C. If you also want to go back to the Airport by Taxi, we highly recommend to order the Taxi one day in advance.

    BY BUS: Please take Bus Line A1 to the City Centre:

    Please change at Plaça d'Espanya to one of the Long-distance buses.This will then take you from Palma to Campos. There you have to change buses again to get to Colònia de Sant Jordi:

    From there, take the second bus to Colònia de Sant Jordi:

    From the bus stop the hotel is reached within 8 minutes walking distance and is located on Carrer Esmeragda 0.

  • Do you have parking?

    Unfortunately we do not have our own car park, you have to park in the surrounding streets.

  • Can I bring my children?

    Our hotel concept is designed for adults. Adolescents (14 years and older) are welcome as guests.

  • Can I come with my pet?

    Sorry, but your pet needs to stay at home.

    Our front desk is open 24/7.

    Check-In: from 3PM

    Check-Out: until 11AM

  • Do you have free WiFi?

    Of course!

  • Can I make a late check out?

    A late check out can be offered upon availability. Our front office team is happy to assist.

  • What payment options are available?

    To guarantee your booking you will need a VISA or Mastercard credit card.

    For payment upon check out the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Do you have room service?

    We don't offer room service. We love the company at dinner. Balagan style!

    If you want to eat with just you, you can order your favourite dish at NENI and pick it up from the restaurant team.

  • Do the rooms have a minibar?

    We have reduced the contents of the minibar in the rooms and suites to the essentials to give you space to express your own personal tastes.

    In our Shop & Deli, you can indulge as you please and shop for soul food and necessities to your heart's content.

Eat & Drink

  • What are the breakfast times?

    You are free to take your time enjoying! Bikini breakfast is available:

    From 7 am until 11 am
