WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- Previous experience as Head of Reception in 4* or 5* hotels.
- Proficiency in the Hotel Management System (PMS) Opera Cloud.
- High level of English: Third language an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and incident-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of functional systems such as: Microsoft 365 & SharePoint (document and communication management), Guest-messaging platforms (e.g., DialogShift), Direct booking & reservation tools (e.g., HotelNetSolutions), OTA back-end management portals, Guest experience platforms (e.g., Duve), Supplier & invoicing systems (BBX), Staff & HR management systems (Factorial)
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Ensure compliance with Front Office Standard Operating Procedures
- Oversee the guest journey and overall customer experience.
- Support the reception team during peak hours.
- Oversee the store and support its developments.
- Review PMS traces and initiate communication with involved departments.
- Coordinate daily with Reservations, Revenue Management, and F&B / Operations.
- Oversee VIP guests and special arrivals
- Coordinate daily room planning with Housekeeping.
- Review no-shows and initiate appropriate actions.
- Manage and prioritize departmental email communication
- Approve Front Office invoices and supplier management.
- Supervise the SPA schedule and ensure proper coordination.
- Plan and oversee work schedules and vacation planning.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and team development.
- Support staff performance and professional growth

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- Experienced & inspiring team leader
- Strong background in Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Reservations)
- Skilled in Opera Cloud, Lighthouse, and familiar with Duve, HotelNetSolutions, and Billbox
- Thrive in multicultural & energetic teams with smooth two-way communication
- Hands-on, creative mindset to handle daily challenges
- Experience in pre-openings / construction phases is a plus
- Talent for building relationships and engaging with people
- Co-responsible for room inventories, room investments, and OSE purchasing with the GM
- Knowledge in quality management
- Passionate, authentic host with empowering leadership
- Fluently speaking English & Spanish – the more languages the better
- Honest communicator, detail-oriented, with design affinity
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Represent the General Manager in his absence towards the guest (MoD)
- Strategic & operational management of the rooms departments
- Know your KPIs and prepare reports as decision base for GM & HQ
- In charge of smooth daily operations, able to identify & solve issues while improving our high-quality standards
- Support your team hands-on & exceed guest expectations
- Develop, implement, optimize & train Bikini Guest Promises, SOPs & Bikini Experiences
- Be the interface between all hotel (rooms) departments & guarantee a seamless information flow
- Sparrings partner to GM & collaborating closely with Bikini HQ
- Be up to date with current industry topics & innovations
- Participate in and lead internal project management e.g. sustainability, guest experiences
- Own the guest vibe – keep reviews sparkling, respond with heart, turn every comment into a Bikini moment, and wrap it up with a monthly vibe report that shows we’re shining
- Be the interface between all hotel departments & guarantee a seamless information flow

- Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel
- A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences
- A creative and curious mindset
- A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better!
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant
- In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises’ high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience
- Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
- Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
- Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate
- Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
