Previous experience in F&B management, ideally within hotels, lifestyle hospitality or high-volume restaurant operations Proven experience leading large F&B teams and developing supervisors and middle-management structures, with a leadership style based on delegation, empowerment and trust rather than micromanagement Excellent organizational and planning skills, including staff scheduling, holiday planning and operational forecasting A solid understanding of budgets, forecasts, cost control and F&B KPIs A hands-on mentality combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and take ownership Strong communication skills and the ability to connect kitchen, service and hotel operations, with confidence using hotel and F&B operational systems Good English and Spanish; German or additional languages are a plus Flexibility, ownership and the ability to adapt to the rhythm of a seasonal hotel A genuine passion for hospitality, food and people, with a natural focus on creating memorable guest experiences WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT? Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day F&B operation, ensuring smooth, consistent service and an excellent guest experience across all areas Lead and develop the F&B team of 35+ employees, working closely with supervisors, managers and the Head Chef to build a strong and effective team structure Plan staffing, schedules, holidays and resources according to occupancy, forecasts, events and operational needs, including seasonal opening and closing Ensure Bikini service standards and NENI franchise standards are consistently implemented, acting as the main operational link between Bikini and NENI on menus, quality, service and new F&B initiatives Take ownership of the department’s budget, costs and financial performance, monitoring key KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and operational efficiency Work closely with Purchasing and the Head Chef on stock management, inventories, food & beverage costs and financial procedures Coordinate and oversee events, weddings, groups and special F&B activations, ensuring smooth execution and excellent guest experiences. WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
- Previous experience in F&B management, ideally within hotels, lifestyle hospitality or high-volume restaurant operations
- Proven experience leading large F&B teams and developing supervisors and middle-management structures, with a leadership style based on delegation, empowerment and trust rather than micromanagement

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
