Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sóller is the first property of the new Bikini Island & Mountains Hotel Group which opened in June 2018. We are proud to be launching a Boutique Style hotel encompassing a fantastic NENI restaurant, an exceptional bar concept - inspired by zeitgeist, a gypset-style design and relaxed rather sporty activities.

  • F&B MANAGER (M/F)

    You are having a knack for numbers, curious to discover food & drink trends, able to empower a big Team and each single team member, always striving for improvements and having an eye for details? And because you love to own all those different topics, you are a genuine host and a passionate leader, spreading good vibes, always taking care that you and your team are well prepared at any time, keen to create experiences here with us at our particular BIKINI Island & Mountain Hotel Port de Sóller, Mallorca.

    YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    THE THING ABOUT THE NUMBERS…

    • planning, controlling & evaluating the F&B Budget incl. all F&B related revenues & costs with the GMs
    • create the monthly F&B reporting incl. actual revenues, costs, inventories & staff planning compared to the budget
    • menu engineering and continuous reviewing of the offers in all F&B outlets in collaboration with the Chef, NENI and the GMs
    • planning, implementing and evaluating revenue-boosting measures
    • ensuring an optimum capacity utilization in all F&B outlets e.g. by optimizing the use of “the fork”
    • creating new- and reflecting existing service-, process-, product management- & hygiene standards and checklists with the goal to lower costs and increase revenues and the quality of our guest experience

    BACKSTAGE…

    • warehouse management incl. defining minimum stocks and releasing orders in time
    • inventory- and cost control
    • supplier relations, evaluation and acquisition

    BECAUSE COMMUNICATION MATTERS.

    • being informed about the happenings in house and on the island
    • sharing relevant information within the F&B team, cross-departamental and with the GMs

    YOUR TEAM…

    • staff planning and staff management for the whole F&B department in collaboration with HR/GMs incl. reflecting job descriptions, recruiting, employee selection, onboarding of new team members, staff appraisals, talent development, creating & controlling schedules, extra hours & holidays
    • ensuring that the whole F&B team is aware of the BIKINI Behaviour guidelines and respecting them
    • creating a training schedule for product and on-the-job trainings for the whole F&B department incl. evaluating the effects of those trainings

    …AND ACTUALLY IT´S ALL ABOUT THE GUEST.

    • ensuring a smooth daily operation and a clean and appealing look and feel in all F&B outlets
    • caring for smooth and joyful events- & group exeperiences in all F&B outlets
    • being interested in who is sitting in front of you, curious to find out what fits best to each individual guest, making them enjoying the good vibes and the good stuff in all our F&B outlets, creating surprises
    • guest feedback management incl. enabling the employees to take the right decisions e.g. for surprises/compensation

    WHAT ELSE?

  • FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (M/F)

Open minded, interested and passionate you want to develop your Team and your daily Operation, striving for continuous improvement. Leave your footprint in our newly opened Hotel and in our young, growing company.

    YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    • Manage all daily Front Office operations like various guest services, check-in, check-out, room allocation, inventory and availability, cashiering, deposit and voucher handling, guest correspondence
    • Control all reception related cost & revenue centers
    • Be on stage, approachable for our guests and your team
    • Respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues, in a timely, warm and efficient way and find solutions for all guest concerns
    • Monitor and assess inhouse and online guest feedbacks, evaluate and address issues and take action for the necessary improvements
    • Observe the guest demand and get involved in the development of upselling and marketing initiatives, as well as rate strategies with the respective department heads and the GM including budgeting and forecasting
    • Recruit, interview and train new team members
    • Monitor and develop team- and individual performance by providing scheduling, supervision, setting goals and giving continuous feedback
    • Ensure product and process quality through procedure implementation, on- and off-the-job trainings, control and feedback
    • Being the contact person for all Front Office System related questions
    • Taking care for an inter-divisional flow of important information and a gapless communication within
    • your department. Your team is up to date concerning the current business, our particular products and services, activities and facilities, events, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of Port de Sóller and its beautiful surrounding
    • Ensure your team is aware of the Bikini CI and applying it in all internal and external communications
    • Organizing team building Meetings and activities
    • Ensure that the atmosphere of our hotel is inviting, welcoming and clean at all times

    • Knowing how to prepare all dishes in all F&B outlets according to the NENI recipies

    • Compliance with the HACCP standards
    • Be part of it: share your ideas for improvement and necessary information with your Chefs, your colleagues and across different outlets

    YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    • Letting our guests experience our food & drinks in the NENI Restaurant, the Pikkini Poolbar and the Donkey bar
    • Knowing the menus in all F&B outlets
    • Being interested in who is sitting in front of you and curious to find out what fits best to this particular guest
    • Setting up the different outlets prior to the service times and make them look nice after service again
    • Taking care, that all you guest checks are settled correctly
    • Settling the outlet at the end of the day, controlling all charges
    • Taking reservations
    • Sharing helpful and necessary information with your colleagues and across different outlets
    • Creating surprises for our guests
