Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sóller is the first property of the new Bikini Island & Mountains Hotel Group which opened in June 2018.   • Supervisor NENI Mallorca (m/f/d)

    The night is yours. Without you our food is just nice food, our wines are just quite tasty and our NENI is just a beautiful place to be. Through you our guests immerse in the exotic tastes of NENI cuisine. You let them celebrate their time together. You make them try new wines and drinks they will search for when they are back home. You spread summery lightness and high spirits, create good vibes.     YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    • Assisting the NENI Manager to Organize the evening service & NENI events: review the schedule, check the mise-en-place, controll the cleanliness and the set-up, plan the stations/tasks and communicate them to the team in the daily NENI briefing
    • Selecting new Team Members together with the NENI Manager
    • Be on stage with the Team as a waiter, host, a helping hand whenever and wherever needed
    • Train the Team continuously on stage
    • Taking reservations and do the table plan
    • Knowing the NENI menue by heart and assuring, that all Team members do so as well
    • Being informed about the happenings in house and in town and communicate all news to your Team
    • Letting our guests truly experience our food & drinks in the NENI Restaurant
    • Being interested in who is sitting in front of you, curious to find out what fits best to particular guests and what are the strong points of each Team member
    • Taking care, that all checks are settled correctly and that the closure of the NENI is accurate
    • Share all relevant happenings & information with the NENI Manager
    • Creating surprises for our guests

  • Reservations & Revenue Manager (m/f/d)

    Everybody thinks the first impression is created upon arrival – actually it is created by you! Right after Instagram, Trip Advisor and our Homepage you are the first human being our guest gets in touch with. Especially as our aim is to increase the share of direct bookings. And even if you are not directly in contact: your effort ensures a full house, a smooth stay and an easy departure, as you are taking care that everything is well prepared. You make our BIKINI the most vibrant spot in Port de Sóller by selling the right rooms to the right people at the right time – and at the right price ;-). Leave your footprint in our newly opened Hotel and in our young, growing company.

    YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    • Responding the daily reservation requests and related guest correspondence together with our Groups & Events Coordinator on time. Enter the reservations in the HMS including all mandatory and additional information
    • Checking daily if all online bookings are transferred into HMS correctly
    • Supervising the Groups & Events Coordinator from the first offer all way through until the settlement of the bill and the follow-up call
    • Allocating the rooms in advance. Double check the allocation for the current arrival date, always having an eye on special requests and internal requirements
    • Being responsible for charging pre-payments, ensuring that all deposit payments have been received and controlling with our Accountant, that all reservation related bills are payed on time
    • Handling tour operator requests and controlling the billing. Send stop sales on time
    • Defining, optimizing, implementing and monitoring reservations related standards & processes
    • Maintaining our guest- and reservations data base
    • Keeping your colleagues of all departments up to date by sharing the needed information on time and thus ensure a smooth operation
    • Developing and editing templates in our Bikini CI and applying them in internal and external communications
    • Taking over MOD

    THE SIDES

    • Optimizing and controlling the occupancy & room revenue development in order to achieve the budget together with the General Manager
    • Managing our availability and prices on all OTAs as well as on our own booking engine
    • Creating and mapping new rate codes & packages
    • Sharing statistics and reports such as pick up-, segment-, VIP and group reports
    • Preparing the rooms budget in collaboration with the General Manager

  • Restaurant Manager NENI Mallorca (m/f/d)

    YOUR MAIN TASKS WITH US WILL BE:

    • Organizing and supervising the breakfast service, the evening service & NENI events: do the schedule, check the mise-en-place, controll the cleanliness and the set-up, plan the stations/tasks and communicate them to the team in the daily NENI briefing together with your supervisors
    • Being responsible to select, develop and guide the Service Team incl. disciplinary actions, collaborating with the Bar Manager and in line with the F&B Budget
    • Training the Team continously in service skills and product knowledge. Increase their awareness of revenues and costs in your outlets
    • Reviewing, developing, implementing and controlling breakfast- and evening service related guidelines and check-lists
    • Knowing the breakfast offer, the NENI menue and the wine list by heart and assuring, that all team members do so as well
    • Taking reservations and do the table plan
    • Letting our guests truly experience our food & drinks in the NENI Restaurant. Create surprises. Update relevant information in the guest profile
    • Reviewing the guest feedback regularly with the Management. Come up with ideas for improvement
    • Taking care, that all checks are settled correctly and that the closure of the both outlets is accurate
    • Being interested in who is sitting in front of you, curious to find out what fits best to particular guests
    • Ensuring an efficient use of goods & work equipment
    • Ensuring, that orders are done on time. Let´s never run out of stock
    • Working on the menu engineering together with the General Manager and the Chef
    • Conducting monthly inventories. Report findings & irregularities to the Management. Develop solutions
    • Exchanging sales-, marketing- and event ideas to increase revenue and the awareness level of our NENI. Create social media content
    • Preparing and controlling the Budgets for the NENI
    • Being informed about the happenings in house and in town and communicate all news to your team. Share all relevant feedback and information with the Management Team
