Following our journey, we have always wanted to provide a space where individuals, couples or friends could come away, spend some quality time together whilst at the same time being able to energise and unwind. We have spent many years coming to Majorca for sports based challenges or running retreats like this, and Port de Sóller is one of our favourite spots.
Whilst you’re on our retreat you will have the opportunity for twice daily Yoga sessions, in which the morning session will be Vinyasa Flow and the evening will take a more restorative approach. For those looking to take their fitness to the next level there will be the option for daily guided cycle rides along the stunning coastline and mountains Majorca has to offer.
The beauty of hosting our retreat at the Bikini Hotel is its location in the stunning port town of Port de Sóller and its proximity to the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Whilst there is a set list of activities, there is plenty of time to make the most of everything Bikini and Port de Sóller has to offer. There will also be a couple of evening in which you do with as you wish so you will have plenty of freedom to enjoy the place whilst you’re here.
The Yoga being taught will be a Vinyasa Flow, with Pilates elements included. It is designed for all abilities including those who haven’t tried it before. Lizzie is a qualified Physio and has had experience working with a variety of clients with specialist needs so you will be in good hands. The cycling will be aimed at intermediate/advanced riders due to the level of climbing early into all of the routes. Storage for bikes is available at the hotel. If you need to hire a bike at an additional cost or have any further questions then please get in touch.
On the 30th Dec 2012 our lives were turned upside down, when Stuart was injured in a vehicle IED whilst serving with the British Military. Over the following years we battled with the physical and mental challenges that arose following the incident and it was here when sport and fitness came into its own. For Stu the use of his bike became a valuable asset in his physical and mental recovery. Whilst for Lizzie running and Yoga became the tool for much needed mental release. As time progressed our passion for all things sports and fitness has continued to develop and it’s here where our business ThreeZero12 was born.
When we set up the business in 2017 Lizzie, who was already a qualified physio, went on to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates qualifications, Level 3 Sports Massage and is due to complete her full 500 hour Yoga Training by March 2020. Stuart who comes from 8 years serving with the British Military, is now a qualified PT, cycle and paddle boarding guide and is generally sport challenge obsessed
