The first Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel opened its doors in the hidden gem of Port de Sóller, Mallorca, in 2018, and the second followed in summer 2024, nestled near the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi, just a stone's throw from the stunning Es Trenc beach on the southeast coast of Mallorca.

With a gypset-inspired design that’s full of surprises and unique treasures, each of our hotels offers something special. Our culinary experiences are a mosaic of flavors, crafted by authentic, humble people. At both locations, our NENI restaurant will delight you with its vibrant offerings. Top it off with exceptional bar concepts and a relaxed, sporty vibe that’s always welcoming.

    WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

    • Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel
    • A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences
    • A creative and curious mindset
    • A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams
    • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail
    • Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better!

    WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

    • Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant
    • In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises’ high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience
    • Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual
    • Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
    • Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate
    • Be a manager: know your numbers & be on top of the game
