The first Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel opened its doors in the hidden gem of Port de Sóller, Mallorca, in 2018, and the second followed in summer 2024, nestled near the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi, just a stone's throw from the stunning Es Trenc beach on the southeast coast of Mallorca.

With a gypset-inspired design that’s full of surprises and unique treasures, each of our hotels offers something special. Our culinary experiences are a mosaic of flavors, crafted by authentic, humble people. At both locations, our NENI restaurant will delight you with its vibrant offerings. Top it off with exceptional bar concepts and a relaxed, sporty vibe that’s always welcoming.

    Bikini Hotel Es Trenc opened its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, two bar outlets, a concept store & supermercado, spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun. As Human Resources Manager you will write job descriptions, overlook staff budgets, accompany the team’s recruiting process, organize unforgettable onboarding experiences, handle salaries, sick notes and eventually exits. Expect the unexpected! Let’s continue writing the Bikini story together, taking the magic from the opening and driving it forward.

    • Recruit the team! Prepare a hiring plan, overlook staff budgets. Write job descriptions and scan applications. Accompany job interviews and eventually prepare working contracts
    • Set-up an unforgettable employee life cycle, training team managers and supporting the team with all possible questions and demands
    • Feel responsible to light an on-fire team spirit
    • Caring for our HR software Factorial and checking all working hours, sick notes…
    • Preparing monthly salaries and checking and handing out pay slips
    • Create a tip system and overlook the regular payment of tips to staff members
    • Sparrings partner to our Accountant
    • Be up to date with current topics, be innovative & creative to expand the company

As Operations Manager for Rooms, your days will be anything but ordinary. You’ll champion responsibility, foster clear communication, and perfect organizational flow. Ensuring smooth daily operations, you’ll keep a keen eye on opportunities for improvement. Lead the Rooms teams - Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Technical Services - to craft countless unique, memorable experiences for every guest.

    WHAT`S YOUR JOB ABOUT

    • Recruit your team and create an on-fire team spirit with well-trained & ambitious colleagues
    • Implement & be responsible for strategic & operational management of the Rooms departments including overlooking the maintenance of the buildings & negotiating (supplier) contracts with third parties e.g. external laundry
    • In charge of smooth daily operation, able to identify issues while improving our high-quality standards
    • Be the interface between all hotel departments & guarantee a seamless information flow
    • Represent the General Manager in his absence towards the guest (Manager on Duty)
    • Be a host: be present for our guests and exceed their expectations
    • Be a team leader: hands-on mentality, working schedules, staff-trainings, motivate, escalate
    • Be a manager: solve challenges, know your numbers & be our reservations manager´s sparring partner
    • Sparrings partner to our GM & collaborating with BIKINI HQ
