Zoe Böckler
From the moment Zoe fell in love with ballet at the age of four, movement became her passion and anchor. Training through the Royal Academy of Dance deepened her dedication, while an evolving interest in nutrition and health led her to discover Pilates. She pursued certifications in Mat Pilates with Power Pilates, Barre with Regarding Form and a STOTT Reformer Training, to refine her expertise and share its benefits with others.
Zoe is deeply passionate about guiding individuals through different stages of their lives and finding the right tools to gain strength, using pilates to enhance support through recoveries and creating awareness for one's body.
During the retreat Zoe will guide you through low-impact, high-intensity movements that strengthen the body without stress, boost endorphins, and will leave you feeling both challenged and uplifted. Her classes are designed to build confidence, foster a deeper mind-body connection, and leave you energized, with a well balanced hormonal level.
Anna Welke
Anna is a yoga teacher and mindfulness guide with over 300 hours in teacher training and mentorships. She has been teaching since 2019, with a focus on gentle vinyasa flows and yin yoga.
Her approach centres on ease, joy and accessibility, offering a yoga experience free from rigid notions of ultra-flexibility or extreme spirituality.
Her classes offer a space to slow down, to listen inward, and to rediscover the quiet strength that arises through softness and surrender.
At the Female Strength retreat in Port de Sóller, Mallorca, Anna will guide gentle flow and yin yoga sessions infused with her love for journaling, reflection, and mindful rest — encouraging women to connect with their bodies, their intuition, and the natural world around them.
