Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc opened its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, two bar outlets, a concept store & PICNIC shop, spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and happy guests. You’ll lead and train the team, manage inventory, uphold quality and hygiene standards, and handle guest inquiries. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Your leadership and organizational skills will make all the difference!

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels
- Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary
- Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others
- Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments
- Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain highly customer-focused
- Excellent command of English
- This position requires shift work and flexibility
WHAT’S YOR JOB ABOUT?
- You’ll oversee the operations of two bars and the NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant
- Ensure the smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Keep the team on point with their daily and weekly checklists
- Ensure all bar equipment adheres to the systems and procedures outlined in the standards manual
- Managing stock rotation and safe storage
- Preparing bars for each shift in accordance with the standards and procedures manual
- Ensuring staff arrive on time, in uniform, with the correct name badges, and ready to work according to the weekly rota
- Share your knowledge! Train, coach, and inspire the bar crew to meet our relaxed yet polished four-star standards

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks
- Good level of English. Any other languages are also valuable
- Previous experience in the same position
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Creativity, proactivity and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with other staff members.

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations-, Activity- or Entertainment role (preferrable on Mallorca)
- Fascination for communication and building community- and individual relationships
- Dynamic personality with a passion for sports, yoga and/or biking
- Creative mindset for inhouse marketing actions and event planning. Affinity to Social Media content creation a big plus.
- A fun and positive character with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong (self-) organizational skills
- Ability to work independently but also striving as part of a team.
- Excellent command of English, every additional language of advantage
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working in different shifts to meet guest needs
WHAT´S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

- Prepare and communicate VIP arrivals/farewells according our Bikini VIP standards
- Guest Feedback: Implement a system to continuously monitor guest satisfaction. Answer, analyze and report.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Coordinate our weekly free yoga-classes with our teacher and block availability of spaces accordingly
- Yogi´s superhero! Ensure a seamless inhouse experience for all retreats, acting as our teachers’ direct contact person
- Seating set-up, finalize menu changes, connect the beamer – organize and oversee incentive and group stays
- Be the face of our Bike Shop: handle bike rental for hotel guests, explain how to use e-bikes, recommend tours, inform about safety and receive bikes when returned
- Create an annual plan for extraordinary and unforgettable guest- and community experiences at Bikini: Plan, organize and execute with all teams involved Bikini Happenings, Bikini Moments and Community Events
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners and tour activity operators to offer additional experiences
- Regular spot checks in the gym, Bike Shop & our (Yoga) Seaview Room.
- Contribute creatively and proactively to our inhouse marketing efforts
- Support the Front Office Team occasionally with various guest interactions

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- Previous experience as an electrician: we want you to put all your knowledge into practice.
- Knowledge in electrical systems, wiring and domotics.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities: the electrical detective we all want
- Electrician's license or certification (valued)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, because together we make magic.
WHAT’S YOR JOB ABOUT?
- Maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, climatization and other equipment (pool, spa, etc.).
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems or preventive maintenance needs.
- Effectively respond to requests for repairs and maintenance required by guests and hotel staff.
- Receive goods and assign them to their proper place.
- Coordinate with work team for specialized assistance or repairs that cannot be performed in-house.
- Participate in the planning of projects in the improvement of hotel facilities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report to the maintenance manager.
- Comply with safety standards and coexistence rules for the proper functioning of the work team.

At NENI Mallorca Es Trenc we will be welcoming up to 250 guests per night and your task as our Restaurant Manager is to make our newest NENI addition to the hippest place on the east-coast of Mallorca, handling its waiting list with ease, serving, hosting & leading the most colorful & cosmopolitan food, guests & team members. No flashing experience without organization and controlling in the background. Let’s write the next Bikini chapter together!
