The only thing which can make a stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sòller even more relaxing, is a treatment in our unique Santaverde SPA. Special Treatments in a special atmosphere require special people - and that´s you?
Since more than 30 years, Santaverde is one of the pioneers when it comes to natural cosmetics. The products are unique, gained from organic raw materials and delight our guests. Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Offer Santaverde Treatments, body and facial
- Provide any Classic massages
- Advise our guests individually
- Organize the SPA schedule together with your colleagues, ensuring a maximum capacity utilization
- Actively approach our guests in a descent and authentic way
- Create and implement SPA promotions
- Provide Recommendations and be up-selling
- Purchase and order the necessary work equipment
- Control your SPA-related revenues and costs

- Operational supervision of our Donkey Bar (indoor) & GinSul Bar (outdoor)
- Ensure smooth running of all bar operations
- Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by your bar team
- Ensure your bar team adheres to systems and procedures
- Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
- Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
- Develop, train and coach your bar team to meet high and creative Bikini standards

FROM PRE-OPENING TO HOTEL OPERATIONS
At NENI Mallorca Es Trenc your responsibilities include taking reservations, greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. Finding the best solutions for walk-ins or hotel guests without a reservation, will be a regular task, too. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they make their reservation till their departure. You should also be available to work in different shifts, but mainly in the evening hours.
- Take reservations by phone, e-mail and check reservations made through online booking tool "Aleno“
- In charge of the waiting list and to strive for the best occupation while guaranteeing full guest experience
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and if necessary provide accurate wait times
- Cater to guests who require extra attention
- Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas
- Provide menus, explain the NENI concept if necessary and serve water if requested
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Coordinate with restaurant manager and Aleno about available seating options
- Be a team-player: Assist your restaurant team if needed
- Maintain a clean restaurant-reception area

FROM PRE-OPENING TO HOTEL OPERATIONS
At NENI Mallorca Es Trenc we are looking for a skilled cook to prepare delicious meals according to our Levantine menu. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is very important. Your goal is to help preserve and enhance our NENI reputation so we can delight our guests:
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Always remain calm, friendly and attentive. Never forget your smile!
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Prepare food in various utensils and grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
WHAT’S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU ARE/HAVE…
- …proven experience as a cook
- …experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- ...knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

FROM PRE-OPENING TO HOTEL OPERATIONS
At NENI Mallorca Es Trenc you will use your hard and soft skills to provide the best guest service with a variety of operational and customer service tasks to ensure full guest satisfaction. Under the guidelines of your F&B - and restaurant manager, you will ensure good communication between the department so that the guest experience corresponds with the standards set by NENI franchise & the Bikini management:
- Greet and seat guests in a curious and approachable manner in accordance with NENI guidelines
- Always remain calm, friendly and attentive. Never forget your smile!
- Advise on food and beverage offerings and give information on the preparation of dishes
- Attend to special requests and have knowledge of allergens in dishes served from the kitchen
- Record guest order details, enter orders into the POS and serve the order
- Check in with guests and verify their overall satisfaction
- Maintain constant communication with the kitchen team to provide excellent guest service
- Comply with all state rules and corporate alcoholic beverage regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages to minors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform mis-en-place- and any general cleaning duties
- Perform other duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager, as well as answering the phone for restaurant reservation management if hostess is busy
- Receive cash from guests, make any necessary changes, verify validity of (credit card) charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are executed correctly to balance all monies.
- Be a team-player: punctuality, reliability, flexibility and have a proactive, hands-on mindset!
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and consistently wear a clean uniform

FROM PRE-OPENING TO OPERATIONS
- You are responsible for the operation throughout the night and the one who takes care for our guests and our numbers:
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to hotel guests.
- Verifies guest identification, ensuring the company standard is applied at all times, and delivers outstanding customer service making feel the guest welcomed from minute zero.
- Keeps records of room availability and guests’ accounts on computer.
- Computes bills and collects payments.
- Answers phone calls and routes calls to proper extension.
- Advises housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
- Contacts housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
- Runs all the necessary reports for the EOD and performs the End Of Day, including all the financial duties.
- Balances the daily banking, managing the daily cash in a proper way.
- Performs periodical rounds to ensure all the areas are spotless
