The first hotel of the Bikini Island & Mountains hotel group opened in Port de Sóller in 2018, and we are already looking forward to open the second hotel on Mallorca 2024 directly on the Es Trenc beach in Colònia de Sant Jordi.

The gypset-style design of our hotels is tailor made and full of surprises and unique treasures. ​Our culinary offers are a mosaic on the plate, created by authentic and humble people - in both houses, a NENI restaurant is waiting to treat our guests to culinary delights. All this is abyssed by exceptional bar concepts and relaxed & sporty activities.

    WHEN COMING TO BIKINI MAKE SURE TO WEAR SUNFLOWERS IN YOUR HAIR

    Bikini Hotel Es Trenc openend its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, two bar outlets, a concept store & supermercado, spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun.

    Let’s continue writing the Bikini story together, taking the magic from the opening and driving it forward. Ready for a swirl of coordination, leadership, and being at the heart of our guest experience?

    APART FROM THAT…WHAT`S YOUR JOB ABOUT

    • Set-up a strategic management for the hotel
    • Lead up to 100 employees: interview, train, support, and motivate the team
    • Stay creative & develop our product cheerfully
    • Represent Bikini on Mallorca, nurturing strong partnerships to grow our brand
    • Create & control SOPs, qualitymanagement
    • (Off-beat) process optimization
    • Create & launch new guest experience concepts
    • Coordinate & supervise construction works & deliveries
    • Be present for our guests & the team, showing real interest and a hands-on mentality
    • Be a warm and welcoming host: take feedback, pour a glass of cava, or guide guests to the best spots
    • Responsible for NENI Mallorca Es Trenc & first contact person for the Molcho family and their team
    • Know your numbers & take actions accordingly – from budgeting to costs & revenue to cashflow
    • Regular communication, collaboration & reporting to the Head Office
    • Drive Sales & Marketing efforts together with our Head Office team.
    • Ensure smooth, daily operations
    • Always up-to-date regarding legal regulations, hottest trends in hospitality & fresh island news

    • Fluent in English & Spanish, extra languages are a plus
