    • Formación: FP en Electricidad/Climatización, Mantenimiento de Instalaciones o similar.
    • Experiencia: 2–3 años (mín.) en mantenimiento hotelero o edificios complejos (4*/5* valorable).
    • Conocimientos sólidos en
      • Electricidad BT, cuadros y protecciones
      • Climatización (VRF/VRV), calderas, ACS y solar térmica
      • Fontanería y saneamiento
      • Piscinas (bombas, dosificación, balance del agua)
      • Frío industrial y equipos de cocina profesional
      • Sistemas contra incendios y normativa básica
      • BMS/GTC y GMAO (software de mantenimiento)
    • Lectura de planos y manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
    • Higiene y PRL: hábitos seguros, bloqueo-etiquetado (LOTO) y orden en el lugar de trabajo.
    • Idiomas: español; se valora inglés/alemán a nivel operativo.

    • Piscinas & wellness: control de parámetros, filtración, dosificación y registros.

    WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

    • Support the Cluster F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations across outlets, bars, restaurants, events
    • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service, quality control and guest satisfaction
    • Assist in staff management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of the F&B team
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas
    • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports
    • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to design menus, special promotions, and seasonal offerings.
    • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to maintain high service standards and customer loyalty
    • Ensure inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock management of food, beverages, and supplies
    • Maintain high standards of presentation and service, ensuring all staff follow brand and quality guidelines
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Events and Front Office, to ensure smooth operation of banquets and functions
    • Promote upselling and revenue growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and staff incentive programs
    • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend improvements in service, menu design, or technology
    • Act as the F&B Manager’s deputy in their absence, taking full responsibility for operations

Our second hotel on Mallorca opened in Colònia de Sant Jordi in summer 2024, therefore we are now looking for an experienced, self-organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team and support our two Mallorca-based hotels.     WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

    • Previous experience in a hotel setting is a plus
    • Understanding of Spanish and Balearic tax laws
    • Accuracy, service orientation, and team spirit to navigate the world of numbers
    • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills
    • A communicator, doer, and organizer at heart
    • Second language (English, German) is a plus – thriving in a multicultural and energetic team
    • Previous experience with Opera v5 or Opera Cloud or other hotel management systems

    WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

    • Supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate daily financial operations
    • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
    • Perform daily bookkeeping: journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account postings
    • Monitor bank reconciliations and cash balances
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments
    • Reconcile daily revenue reports and investigate discrepancies
    • Support tax filings, VAT reports, and assist with audits and compliance
    • Performing and reviewing bank reconciliations and maintaining robust cash control procedures
    • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and ensuring integrity of financial data
    • Reporting invoices to tax authorities and supporting compliance processes
    • Monitoring and processing online order transactions and related invoices
    • Identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy
    • Collaborating with other hotel departments to streamline financial workflows
    • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities
    • Cashflow management and hotel cash control
