- ... first experiences with the Spanish and Balearic tax laws

WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
For both hotels:
- Overseeing daily financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Performing regular bank reconciliations and maintaining strict cash control processes
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure all financial data aligns correctly
- Reporting invoices to the tax authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitoring and controlling online orders, ensuring invoices are correctly, collected and processed
- Managing accounts payable, incoming invoices, and daily accounting tasks
- Preparing monthly financial statements, analyzing performance, and providing evaluations
- Supporting the development and optimization of new accounting processes and accounts receivable workflows
- Ensuring financial accuracy by identifying and addressing even the smallest discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations and improve overall efficiency
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc opened its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, two bar outlets, a concept store & PICNIC shop, spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and happy guests. You’ll lead and train the team, manage inventory, uphold quality and hygiene standards, and handle guest inquiries. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Your leadership and organizational skills will make all the difference!

- At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels
- Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary
- Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others
- Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments
- Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain highly customer-focused
- Excellent command of English
- This position requires shift work and flexibility
WHAT’S YOR JOB ABOUT?

- Ensure the smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Keep the team on point with their daily and weekly checklists
- Ensure all bar equipment adheres to the systems and procedures outlined in the standards manual
- Managing stock rotation and safe storage
- Preparing bars for each shift in accordance with the standards and procedures manual
- Ensuring staff arrive on time, in uniform, with the correct name badges, and ready to work according to the weekly rota

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the flooring department.
- Organization, Methodicism, Leadership ability, Detail oriented, Meticulousness.
- Proficient in English
- Specific training in the area of Cleaning of Housekeeping
- Professional or equivalent vocational training.
WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
- Inspect all outgoing (checked-out) rooms and occupied rooms.
- Plan the work of the Housekeeping Department using the control sheet.
- Schedule floor maid shifts.
- Manage laundry and linen inventory.
- Record any incidents found in rooms and communicate them effectively to the maintenance and front desk teams for timely resolution.
- Verify the room rack with the front desk.
- Train new housekeeping staff.
- Supervise the general cleaning of the hotel, including all common areas.
- Keep staff motivated and provide verbal and written recognition.
- Manage inventory and supplies: track stock of amenities, cleaning products, and linens, and request restocking when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or incidents related to housekeeping. Investigate, resolve, and follow up on issues such as cleanliness, missing amenities, or poor room conditions

- Monitor dining room activity to manage seating flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance.
